Brian Chase

Brian Chase is a partner in the firm and the chief litigator.

Brian has argued and won in the California Court of Appeals and the California Supreme Court, changing the law in California to the benefit of injured plaintiffs.

He was named Product Liability Trial Lawyer of the Year by Orange County Trial Lawyers Association in 2004.

Brian is a frequent lecturer for various attorney organizations, where he teaches trial techniques, strategies and tactics to other attorneys.

Brian is the 2007 president of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.

He has over 20 years Board of Director service on various trial lawyers associations and consumer oriented legal organizations. He is a member of the Christian Legal Society.

A native of Southern California, he earned a B.A. in Political Science and Certificate in Legal Studies from California State University, Long Beach
